Grandmaster Woo Jin Jung in based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and has been in Tae Kwon Do for 30 years. My style is International Tae Kwon Do Federation (ITF) which teaches the tenets of tae kwon do — Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control and Indomitable Spirit. We also teach World Tae Kwon Do Federation forms (Palgwe) Tae Kwon Do is composed of forms that are built on basic movements, 12 board breaking stations. It also includes point or no contract sparring. I worked at Two Rivers Martial Arts as business manager and instructor for two _ years. My goals were simple: continue to teach the philosophy of Master Eric Heintz and Grandmaster Woo Jin Jung and to build a school that would help the community. I taught Tae Kwon Do through the Des Moines school system Pace programs. Pace students are students that can not work in traditional school settings. Afterone year of Tae Kwon Do, some of those students were able to go back to their original schools. ![]() Grandmaster Woo Jin Jung
